Returns & Exchanges

Here at Rural Rays, every piece is made by hand with a whole lot of love. We hope you adore your order — but if it's not quite right, we'll sort it out together.

Changed Your Mind?

No worries at all! We'll happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and unwashed.

Just keep in mind that as a small handcrafted business, return postage costs are on you for change of mind returns. We'd recommend sending it back with tracking, as we can't take responsibility for anything lost on its way back to us.

Once we receive your return, we'll get a store credit or exchange sorted for you within 5 business days.

Heads up: Items bought on sale are final sale and aren't eligible for returns or exchanges.

Something Not Right?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — we are so sorry! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at zoepaton@ruralrays.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue

  • A few photos so we can see what's happened

We'll cover the return postage and make it right as quickly as we can. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

How It Works

  1. Drop us an email at zoepaton@ruralrays.com with your order number and what's going on.

  2. We'll get back to you, confirm everything, and send through our return address.

  3. Pop it in the post with tracking and send it back our way.

  4. Once it arrives, we'll have your exchange or store credit processed within 5 business days.
